Resep Ayam Panggang (Roasted Chicken Recipe)

Roasting is a cooking method that uses dry heat, whether an open flame, oven, or other heat source. Roasting can enhance flavor through caramelization and Maillard browning on the surface of the food. Roasting uses indirect, diffused heat (as in an oven), and is suitable for slower cooking of meat in a larger, whole piece. Chicken meat is good to be roasted also. The roasted chicken is popular dish in Australia during summer time :)

Memanggang adalah metode memasakyang menggunakan panas kering, oven, atau sumber panas lainnya. Memanggang dapat menambah rasa melalui karamelisasi  pada permukaan makanan. Memanggang dapat menggunakan oven dan memasak daging secara lambat hingga seluruh permukaan terpanggang dengan baik. Daging ayam juga enak untuk dipanggang. Ayam panggang adalah makanan yang dikenal di Australia selama musim panas :)

-Kecap manis/sweet soya sauce (4 tbsp)
-Bawang merah/shallot (1 pc)
-Bawang putih (garlic (2 cps)
-Cabe/chili (1 pc)
-Ketumbar/coriander (1/3 tbsp)
-Merica/pepper (1/3 tbsp)
-Garam/salt (1/2 tbsp)
-Paprika (2 tbsp)
-Jeruk nipis/lemon (1 pc)
-Penyedap rasa/chicken broth (1/4 bar)

Hiasan pelengkap/dressing:
-Tomat/tomato (1 pc)
-Celery/peterseli
-Paprika/Irisan paprika
-Saus cabe/chili sauce
