Chocolate Churros Recipe (Resep Cokelat Churros)

Churros, sometimes referred to as a Spanish doughnut, is a fried-dough pastry—predominantly choux—based snack. Churros are popular in Spain, France, the Philippines, Portugal, Ibero-America and the United States. In Spain, churros can either be thin (and sometimes knotted) or long and thick . They are normally eaten for breakfast dipped in hot chocolate or café con leche :)

Churros, biasanya menginduk kepada donat Spanyol, yang dimasak dengan bahan pastri dan berbasis snack. Churros terkenal di Spanyol, Peranci, Philipina, Portugal, Ibero-Amerika, dan USA. Di Spanyol, Churros dapat diartikan pipih atau panjang dan tebal. Hidangan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai menu sarapan pagi yang disajikan bersama dengan cokelat hangat :)

-All purpose flour/tepung terigu (1 cup)
-Baking powder (1/4 tsp)
-Water/air (1 cup)
-Vegetable oil/minyak sayur (1 tsp)
-Margarine/mentega (2 tsp)
-Sugar/gula (1 tsp)
-Salt/garam (pinch of)
-Cinnamon/kayu manis (1/4 tsp)
-Chocolate bar/cokelat batang (1 bar)
-Milk/susu cair putih (50 ml)
