Greek Roasted Anchovies is one of the healthiest meals. There is a lot of omega-3 that protect body from stroke and inflammation. Also they contain a healthy source of protein. The anchovies are blended with a mixture of onions, garlic, oregano and olive oil. All these ingredients are excellent sources of antioxidants while the olive oil gives us an additional boost of the good monounsaturated fats that can help lower bad cholesterol.

Ikan Teri Panggang Yunani adalah salah satu makanan sehat. Ada banyak omega – 3 yang melindungi tubuh dari stroke dan peradangan. Juga mengandung sumber sehat protein. Dalam resep ini, teri dicampur dengan campuran bawang, bawang putih, oregano dan minyak zaitun. Semua bahan-bahan ini adalah sumber antioksidan sedangkan minyak zaitun memberi kita dorongan tambahan dari lemak tak jenuh tunggal yang baik yang dapat membantu menurunkan kadar kolesterol jahat.

-Anchovies/ikan teri (200 gram)
-Onion/bawang bombay (1/2 pc)
-Shallot/bawang merah (5 pcs)
-Garlic/bawang putih (5 pcs)
-Origano (2 pcs)
-Olive oil/minyak zaitun (1/2 cup)
-Salt/garam (1/2 tbsp)
-Lemon/jeruk nipis (1 pc)
-Tomato/tomat (1 pc)
