Fløtegratinerte Poteter Recipe (Resep Potato Dauphinoise)

Fløtegratinerte Poteter is a traditional regional Norwegian dish based on potatoes and cream fløtte. In France, the dish is called by Gratin Dauphinois. Meanwhile, in England, people call the dish as Potato Dauphinoise. Please find the ingredients shown in the video :)

Fløtegratinerte Poteter adalah masakan khas Norwegia yang berbahan dasar kentang dan susu flotte. Di Perancis, masakan ini dinamakan sebagai Gratin Dauphinois. Sementara itu, di Inggris, masyarakatnya menyebut masakan ini sebagai Potato Dauphinoise. Silahkan melihat bahan-bahannya seperti yang diperagakan dalam video di bawah ini :)



Recipe could be seen as below/resep dapat dilihat di bawah ini:

- Potatoes/kentang (3 pcs)
– Salt/garam (1 tsp); pepper/merica (1 tsp)
– Garlic/bawang putih (1 clove)
– Fløtte milk/susu flotte (350 ml)
– Grated cheese/keju parut (200 gram)
– Butter/mentega (20 gram)
