Resep Kue Kuping Gajah (Elephant Ear Cake Recipe)

Kue Kuping Gajah adalah kue kering yang banyak dijumpai di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Penamaan kue ini dikarenakan bentuknya yang menyerupai kuping gajah. Kue kuping gajah ini banyak disajikan pada hari raya keagamaan. Cara membuatnya cukup mudah, namun rasanya sangat gurih dan nikmat :)

Elephant Ear Cake is dry cake that commonly found in many regions in Indonesia. The name calling is because of its shape similar to elephant ear. This cake is mostly served during religion festival. Making the cake is quite simple, but the taste is  savory and delicious :)



 

Resep dapat dilihat dibawah/recipe could be found as below:

- Bubuk cokelat/chocolate powder (1,5 tbsp)
– Telur/egg (1 pc)
– Vanili (1/4 tbsp)
– Gula halus/granulated sugar (40 gram)
– Mentega/butter (1,5 tbsp)
– Tepung terigu/wheat flour (150 gram)
– Santan kental/coconut milk (40 ml)
– Minyak sayur/vegetable oil
