Cumi Goreng Mentega adalah makanan khas Indonesia yang banyak di jumpai di restauran Seafood di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Cumi ini digoreng dengan menggunakan mentega dan bumbu-bumbu lainnya seperti bawang merah, bawang putih, saus tiram, kecap ikan, dan kecap manis. Sentuhan cabai merah dan daun bawang menambah rasa nikmat cumi goreng mentega :)

The fried calamari is served by using butter and other spices, such as: onion, garlic, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and, sweet soy sauce. Touch of red peppers and scallions may increase flavor of butter fried calamari :)




Bahan-bahan/ingredients:

Cumi-cumi/calamari (400 gram)

Mentega/butter (3 tbsp); bawang bombay/onion (1/2 pcs)

Bawang putih/garlic (5 pcs); jahe/ginger (1 cm)

Cabe/chili (1 pc); daun bawang/scallion (1 pc)

Kecap manis/sweet soya sauce (1 tbsp)

Saus tiram/oyster sauce (2 tbsp)

Kecap ikan/fish sauce (2 tbsp); gula/sugar (1/2 tbsp)

Merica/pepper (1/4 tbsp); garam/salt (sejumput/pinch of)

Air/water (50 ml); jeruk nipis/lemon (1/2 pc)

Minyak sayur/vegetable oil
