Tagliatelle Pasta (Italian Noodle)

Tagliatelle Pasta (Italian Noodle) is a traditional food from Italy. It simply cooks where the Tagliatelle Pasta is mixed with the tomato sauce, minced beef, mussel, garlic, chili, and percely. The final touch is done by pouring the grated cheese on the top of the Tagliatelle Pasta. The taste is fresh and delicious :)

Mie Italia merupakan masakan tradisional dari negara Italia. Cara masaknya cukup mudah dimana mie ini dicampur dengan saus tomat, sapi giling, kerang, bawang putih, cabai, dan percely. Sentuhan akhir digunakan dengan menaburi keju parut di atas permukaan Mie Italia. Rasanya sangat segar dan enak :)

Tagliatelle/Italian Noodle/Mie Italia (150 gram)
Minced Beef/Sapi giling (100 gram)
Mussel/kerang (100 gram)
Tomatoe/tomat (200 gram)
Percely (20 gram)
Salt/garam (1/2 tsp)
Pepper/merica (1/2 tsp)
Grated cheese/keju parut
Vegetable oil/minyak sayur
