Resep Kue Cokelat (Chocolate Cake Recipe)

Kue Cokelat adalah hidangan penutup yang lezat dimana setiap orang ingin menikmatinya, terutama bila kue tersebut dilumuri dengan vla cokelat :) Resepnya sangat mudah dimana setiap orang dapat membuatnya dan dapat disajikan di acara tertentu atau sehari-hari. Bahan-bahan utamanya adalah tepung, telur, mentega, bubuk cokelat, dan gula halus. Rasanya sangat lezat :) Kue ini sangat mudah ditemui di berbagai negara termasuk Australia.

Chocolate Cake is a delicious desert where everybody love to eat, especially when it is poured by frosting chocolate :) It’s a simple recipe where everyone can make it and serve during a special or ordinary occasion. The main ingredients are flour, eggs, butter, chocolate powder, and sugar. The taste is very delicious :) The cake could be found easily in many countries including Australia.



Silahkan melihat bahan-bahannya seperti di bawah ini/please find the ingredients as below:

1) Kue/cake
– Gula halus/granulated sugar (375 gram)
– Tepung terigu/all purpose flour (250 gram); vanilla (1 pc)
– Bubuk cokelat/chocolate powder (80 gram); baking powder (1,5 tsp)
– Garam/salt (1/2 tsp); telur/egg (2 pcs); susu cair/milk (220 ml)
– Kopi hangat/warm coffee (250 ml); minyak jagung/corn oil (120 ml)

2) Cokelat vla/frosting chocolate
– Cokelat batang/chocolate bar (200 gram); vanilla (1 pc)
– Mentega/unsalted butter (220 gram)
– Gula halus/granulated sugar (220 gram)

DEKORASI/DECORATION: buah ciplukan/physalis fruit
