Cheese Cake Recipe (Resep Kue Keju)

Cheese Cake is originated from Greece. The Greek physician, Aegimus, was the first person who mentioned about cheese cake in his book. The book was about the art of making cheesecakes. In general, the base ingredients of making cheese are simple, such as: egg, white chocolate, and cream cheese. But, the taste is absolutely delicious :)

Kue Keju berasal dari Yunani. Seorang ahli fisika dari Yunani, Aegimus, adalah orang pertama yang menyebutkan kue keju dalam bukunya. Buku tersebut berisi tentang seni membuat kue keju. Secara umum, bahan dasar dari membuat keju cukup sederhana, seperti: telur, cokelat putih, dan krim keju. Namun, rasanya sangat enak :)

– Cream Cheese/krim keju (125 gram)
– White Chocolate/cokelat putih (125 gram)

– Granulated sugar/gula halus (25 gram)
