Molten Chocolate or Lava Chocolate is a popular dessert from United State which was invented in New York City in year 1987. The chocolate cake is using simply ingredients, such as: chocolate bar, sugar, butter, all purpose flour, eggs, and vanilla. The taste is absolutely delicious :) The cake can be served with fruit like strawberry.

Kue Cokelat Leleh adalah hidangan penutup terkenal di Amerika yang ditemukan di kota New York pada tahun 1987. Kue Cokelat ini menggunakan bahan-bahan yang cukup sederhana, seperti: cokelat batang, gula, mentega, tepung terigu, telur, dan vanila. Rasanya sungguh lezat :) Kue ini dapat disajikan bersama buah seperti stroberi.

- Dark Chocolate 50% / cokelat hitam 50% (100 gram)
– Chocolate powder / bubuk cokelat (1/2 tbsp)
– Vanilla / vanila (1/3 tbsp)
– Butter / mentega (3 tbsp)
– All purpose flour / tepung terigu (3 tbsp)
– Granulated sugar / gula halus (3 tbsp)
– Egg / telur (2 pcs)
– Strawberry / Buah stroberi (3 pcs)
