Stik Keju adalah jenis kue kering yang banyak ditemui di berbagai tempat di Indonesia. Stik keju ini biasanya disajikan pada hari besar keagamaan ataupun pada hari-hari biasa. Cara membuatnya cukup sederhana yaitu dengan menyiapkan beberapa bahan dasar seperti tepung terigu, maizena, mentega, telur, dan keju. Kemudian dicampur, dibentuk, dan digoreng dengan menggunakan metode api panas. Rasanya sangat gurih dan renyah :)

Cheese Stick is kind of dry cake that is found in many places in Indonesia. The dry cake is usually served during religion festival or also can be served on daily basis. To make the cake is quite simple which is preparing some ingredients, such as: all purpose flour, cornstarch, butter, eggs, and cheese. Then they are mixed, shaped, and fried by using deep fry method. The taste is savory and crunchy :)

– Tepung terigu/all purpose flour (200 gram)
– Tepung maizena/cornstarch (30 gram)
– Mentega/butter (30 gram)
– Keju/cheese (150 gram)
– Telur/eggs (2 pcs)
– Baking powder (1 tsp)
– Garam/salt (sejumput/pinch of)
