Kue Bolu Pandan adalah masakan khas Indonesia yang banyak disajikan diberbagai belahan tanah air. Daun Pandan yang merupakan tumbuhan khas yang banyak dijumpai di daerah tropis menjadi salah satu bahan aroma untuk pembuatan kue. Kue Bolu Pandan dapat disajikan bersama dengan teh hangat. Rasanya nikmat sekali :)

Bolu Pandan Cake is one of Indonesian cuisines served in various parts of the country. Pandan leaves are a typical plant is found in many tropical regions as become one of fragrance ingredients for baking. Bolu Pandan cake can be served with hot tea. It is taste delicious :)




Silahkan melihat resepnya di bawah ini/please find the ingredients as below:
– Telur/egg (6 pcs)
– Gula halus/granulated sugar (150 gram)
– Mentega/margarine (100 gram)
– Tepung terigu/all purpose flour (150 gram)
– Baking powder (1/2 tsp)
– Pasta daun pandan/pandan paste (1 tbsp)
– Pewarna alami/edible food colouring (1 tsp)

* Pasta daun pandan/pandan paste:
– Daun pandan/pandan leaves (2 pcs)
– Air/water (2 tbsp)
