Tumis Terong adalah masakan khas Indonesia yang banyak dijumpai di berbagai tempat di Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan terong mudah tumbuh di daerah tropis. Salah satu cara mudah memasak terong ialah dengan cara menumisnya dengan beberapa bumbu, seperti: bawang bombay, bawang putih, jahe, cabai, santan cair, dan kecap manis. Tumis terong inipun dapat dinikmati bersama dengan lauk dan nasi putih hangat :)

Sauteed Eggplants is a typical Indonesian dish that is often found in various places in Indonesia. This is because the eggplants are grown easily in tropical areas. An easy way to cook eggplant is to cook them with  onions, garlic, ginger, chili, liquid milk, and soy sauce. The sauteed eggplants could be enjoyed along with a side dish and warm white rice :)



Silahkan melihat bahan-bahan di bawah ini/please find ingredients as below:

– Terong/eggplant (1 pc)
– Kecap manis/sweet soya sauce (1/2 tbsp)
– Garam/salt (1/4 tbsp), merica/pepper (1/4 tbsp)
– Santan cair/coconut milk (30 ml), jeruk nipis/lemon (1/8 pc)
– Minyak sayur/vegetable oil; daun jeruk/lemon leaves (3 pcs)
– Bumbu halus/smooth ingredients

* Bumbu halus/smooth ingredients:
– Bawang bombay/onion (1/2 pc), bawang putih/garlic (4 pcs)
– Jahe/ginger (2 mm), cabai/chili (1 pc)
