Resep Dendeng Balado (Jerky Balado Recipe)

Dendeng balado adalah masakan khas Sumatera Barat, Indonesia yang dibuat dari irisan tipis dan lebar daging sapi yang dikeringkan dan kemudian digoreng kering. Daging goreng ini selanjutnya diberi bumbu balado. Bumbu balado terdiri dari cabai merah, bawang merah, dan bawang putih. Rasanya sangat lezat sekali :)

Jerky balado is traditional food from West Sumateria, Indonesia which is made from the slices of beef and they are dried before fried. The jerky further are mixed with balado sauce. The balado is made from red chili, onion, and garlic. The taste is very good :)



Resep dan cara membuat dapat dilihat di bawah ini / the recipe and how to make the jerky balado could be seen below:

– Daging sapi/beef (300 gram)
– Cabe besar/big chili (1 pc); cabe rawit/rawit chili (2 pcs)
– Bawang bombay/onion (1/2 pc), bawang putih/garlic (2 pcs)
– Daun jeruk/lemon leaves (3 pcs)
– Merica/pepper (1/3 tsp); garam/salt (1/2 tsp)
– Gula/sugar (1/2 tsp), meggi penyedap rasa/bouillon cube(1/2 bar)
– Minyak sayur/vegetable oil

Bumbu halus untuk daging sapi / smooth ingredients:
– Coriander/ketumbar (1/2 tsp), garam/salt (1/2 tsp)
– Jeruk/lemon (1/2 pc), bawang putih/garlic (1 pcs)
– Jintan/caraway (1/2 tsp)
