Pecel Lele adalah makanan khas tradisional yang berasal Lamongan, Jawa Timur – Indonesia. Sebelum digoreng, lele dipastikan bersih dan kemudian dibalur dengan bumbu-bumbu seperti: garam, bawang putih, ketumbar, dan jeruk nipis. Pecel Lele juga disuguhkan bersama dengan sambalnya yang khas, nasi putih hangat, dan sayur-sayuran seperti: kemangi, tomat, dan mentimun. Rasanya nikmat sekali :)

Fried Catfish is traditional food derived Lamongan, East Java – Indonesia. Before frying, catfishes are certainly clean and then basting with spices, such as: salt, garlic, coriander, and lemon. Fried catfish are also presented along with unique sauces, warm white rice, and vegetables, such as: basil, tomatoes, and cucumbers. It tastes so delicious :)



Silahkan melihat bahan-bahan di bawah/please find the ingredients as below:

* Lele/catfish (2 pcs); minyak sayur/vegetable oil
* Bahan untuk melumuri lele/basted ingredients for catfish:
– Salt (1/3 tbsp); bawang putih/garlic (2 pcs)
– Ketumbar/coriander (1/3 tbsp); jeruk nipis/lemon (1/2 pc)
* Sambal/chili sauce ingredients:
– Bawang bombay/onion (1/2 pc); bawang putih/garlic (3 pcs); tomat/tomato (1 pc)
– Cabai rawit/rawit chili (1 pc); paprika merah/red paprika (1 pc); jahe/ginger (3 mm)
– Kunyit/turmeric (1/3 tbsp); penyedap rasa/bouillon cube(1/3bar)
– Gula jawa/palm sugar (20 gram); jeruk nipis/lemon (1/4 pc); terasi/shrimp paste
* Hiasan/garnish:
– Kecap manis/sweet soya sauce (1/2 tbsp); kemangi/basil (3 stalk)
– Tomat/tomato; mentimun/cucumber; bawang goreng/fried shallot
