Goulash is a traditional food from Hungary. Goulash is a soup or stew of meat and vegetables, seasoned with paprika and other spices. Goulash is also a popular meal in Central Europe, Scandinavia and Southern Europe. In the old era, the cooked and flavored meat is dried with the help of the sun and packed into bags produced from sheep’s stomachs, needing only water to make it into a meal. The taste is very delicious :)

Gulas adalah makanan tradisional yang berasal dari Hungaria. Gulas adalah sup yang berisi daging dan sayur-sayuran seperti paprika dan bumbu-bumbu lainnya. Gulas juga terkenal di Eropa Tengah, Skandinavia, dan Eropa Selatan. Pada masa dahulu, daging dimasak dan dibumbui dan dikeringkan dengan bantuan sinar matahari dan dikemas dalam tas yang dihasilkan dari perut domba, hanya membutuhkan air untuk membuatnya menjadi makanan. Rasanya sungguh lezat :)

-Beef meat/daging sapi (1/2 kg)
-Onion/bawang bombay (1 pc)
-Red carrot/wortel merah (1,5 pcs)
-White carrot/wortel putih (1 pc)
-Black pepper/merica hitam (1/2 tbsp)
-Potatoes/kentang (2 pcs)
-Red paprika/parika merah (2 tbsp)
-Salt/garam (3/4 tbsp)
-Caraway/jintan (1/3 tbsp)
-Percely/peterseli
-Beef broth/kaldu sapi (1/2 bar)
-Water/air
-Olive oil/minyak zaitun

Csipetke/noodle/mie:
-All purpose flour/tepung terigu (40 gram)
-Egg/telur (1/2 pc)
-Salt/garam (pinch of)
