Curry Noodle Recipe (Resep Mie Kari)

Curry Noodle  is a traditional dish that commonly found in Malaysia and Singapore, usually made up of  yellow noodles the curry soup, coconut milk, and vegetables. This curry noodle could be also added by shrimp, eggs, and chicken and service with some garnishes, such as: tomato, lemon, and fried shallot. The taste is absolutely delicious :)

Mie Kari adalah makanan tradisional yang banyak dijumpai di Malaysia dan Singapura, biasanya dibuat dari mie kuning dengan sup kari, santan, dan sayur-sayuran. Mie Kari juga dapat ditambah dengan udang, telur, dan ayam dan disajikan bersama pelengkap, seperti: tomat, jeruk nipis, dan bawang goreng. Rasanya sangat lezat :)



Please find the recipe as below/silahkan melihat resep di bawah ini:

– Yellow noodle/mie kuning (200 gram)
– Cabbage/kol, broccoli/brokoli
– Curry powder/bubuk kari (1/2 tbsp); coriander/ketumbar (1/4 tbsp)
– Onion/bawang bombay (1/4 pc), garlic/bawang putih (3 pcs)
– Salt/garam (1/4 tbsp); pepper/merica (1/4 tbsp)
– Coriander/ketumbar (1/4 tbsp); ginger/jahe (2 mm)
– Sweet soya sauce/kecap manis (1/2 tsbp), lemon/jeruk nipis (1/4 pc)
– Coconut milk/santan cair (400 ml), vegetable oil/minyak sayur

Garnish/pelengkap:
– Fried egg/telur dadar, fried shallot/bawang goreng
– Tomato/tomat, lemon/jeruk nipis
