Satai Ayam adalah satai yang terbuat dari daging ayam dan dibalur dengan saus satai. Saus terbuat dari kacang tanah yang digongseng/digoreng dan dicampur bersama bahan-bahan lainnya, seperti: bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah, kecap manis, dan daun jeruk. Satai Ayam adalah makanan khas yang berasal dari Indonesia. Rasanya nikmat sekali :)

Chicken Satay is a traditional food made from the chicken meat. The sauce is derived from the ground roasted or fried peanuts and mixed by red onion, garlic, chili, sweet soya sauce, and lime leaves. Chicken Satay is original cuisine from Indonesia. The taste is very delicious :)




Berikut resep saus satai/please find satay sauce ingredients as below:

1) Sate Ayam/Chicken Satay
– Ayam/chicken (400 gram), kecap manis/sweet soya sauce (2 tsp)
– Jeruk nipis/lemon (1/2 pc), garam/salt (1/2 tsp)
– Merica/pepper (1/2 tsp), ketumbar/coriander (1/2 tsp)
2) Saus Satai/Satay Sauce
– Cabai merah/red chili (2 pcs), bawang bombay/red onion (1/2 pc)
– Bawang putih/garlic (3 pcs), kacang tanah/peanuts (150 gram)
– Garam/salt (1/2 tsp), air/water (400 ml), minyak sayur/vegetable oil (3 tsp)
– Daun jeruk/lime leave (2 pcs), kecap manis/sweet soya sauce (3 tsp)
3) Pelengkap/Garnish
– Bawang goreng/fried onion, daun peterseli/parsley leaves
– Mentimun/cucumber
