Soekarno–Hatta International Airport is the main airport that is servicing the greater Jakarta area on the island of Java, Indonesia, along with Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. The airport is named after the first president of Indonesia, Soekarno and the first vice-president, Mohammad Hatta. The airport’s IATA code, CGK, originates from Cengkareng, a district northwest of the city, and it is often called Cengkareng Airport by Indonesians, although the airport is administratively located within Tangerang.



Bandara Internasional Soekarno – Hatta adalah bandara utama yang melayani wilayah Jakarta dan sekitarnya di pulau Jawa, Indonesia, bersama dengan Bandara Halim Perdanakusuma. Bandara ini dinamai presiden pertama Indonesia, Soekarno dan wakil presiden pertama, Mohammad Hatta. Kode IATA bandara, CGK, berasal dari Cengkareng, sebuah distrik barat laut dari kota, dan sering disebut Cengkareng Airport oleh orang Indonesia, meskipun bandara ini secara administratif terletak di Tangerang .
