Bakwan Sayur dan Mie adalah dua favorit makanan yang digemari di Indonesia. Akan tetapi, jarang sekali bakwan sayur, misalnya, di kombinasikan dengan mie. Resep kali ini menampilkan mie kuning menjadi salah satu bahan utama di dalam pembuatan bakwan sayur. Ternyata, rasanya sangat lezat sekali :)

Vegetable Fritter and Noodle are two favorites food in Indonesia. But, very seldom the vegetable fritter, for example, is combined by the noodle. This time, the recipe present where the noodle becomes one of the main ingredients in making the vegetable fritter. Fortunately, the taste is very delicious :)

Mie kering/noodle (1 pack)

Kol/cabbage (50 gram); wortel/carrot (1 pc)

Daun seledri/celery leaves (30 gram)

Tepung terigu/all purpose flour (5 tbsp)

Telur/egg (1 pc)

Bawang merah/shallot (2 pcs); bawang putih/garlic (2 pcs)

Merica/pepper (1/3 pc); garam/salt (1/4 pc)

Bumbu kering dari mie / dry noodle ingredients (1/2 pack)

Air/water (1/2 glass)
