Indian Chicken Curry Recipe / चिकन करी नुस्खा (Resep Kari Ayam Ala India)

Indian Chicken Curry typically starts with whole spices, heated in oil. A sauce is then made with onions, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes, coconut milk, and powdered spices. Bone-in pieces of chicken are then added to the sauce, and simmered until cooked through :)

Kari Ayam Ala India biasanya dimulai dengan seluruh rempah-rempah , dipanaskan dalam minyak . Saus dibuat dengan bawang , jahe , bawang putih, dan tomat, santan dicampur dengan bubuk rempah-rempah. Kemudian potongan-potongan ayam ditambahkan ke saus dan direbus hingga matang :)

-Chopped chicken/potongan ayam (1/2 kg)
-Onion/bawang bombay (1/2 pc)
-Garlic/bawang putih (3 pcs)
-Chili/cabai merah (3 pcs)
-Ginger/jahe (2 cm)
-Indian curry paste (3 spoon tea)
-Peas/kacang polong
-Chopped potatoes/potongan kentang
-Condensed coconut milk/santan kental
-Light coconut milk/santan cair
-Canai bread/roti canai
-Vegetable oil/minyak sayur
