Cheung Fun Dim Sum  is a Cantonese dish from southern China including Hong Kong, commonly served either as a snack, small meal or as a variety of dim sum. It is a thin roll made from a wide strip of shahe fen (rice noodles), filled with shrimp, pork, beef, vegetables, or other ingredients. Seasoned soy sauce -sometimes with siu mei drippings-is poured over the dish upon serving :)

Dim Sum Cheung Fun adalah hidangan Kanton dari Cina selatan termasuk Hong Kong, biasanya disajikan baik sebagai cemilan. Kulit luarnya adalah roll tipis yang terbuat dari tepung beras yang diisi dengan udang, sayuran, atau bahan lainnya. Dim sum ini dapat disajikan bersama dengan kecap manis :)

*Ingredients for Cheung Fun:
-Rice flour (250 gram)
-Cornstarch (40 gram)
-Tapioca flour (30 gram)
-Water (800 gra)
-Salt (1/2 spoon)
-Vegetable oil (1 spoon)
-Dried shrimp
-Chopped spring onion

*Ingredients for the sauce:
-Water (6 spoon)
-Sugar (1 spoon)
-Sesame oil (1 spoon)
-Oyster sauce (1 spoon)
-Salty soya sauce (1 spoon)
-Sweet soya sauce (1 spoon)
