Salmon Fish is very popular in Norway. Salmon fish could be cooked in various kind of ways. In this occasion, Salmon fish is cooked in Chinese ways by combining oyster sauce, salty soy sauce, ginger, and cornstarch. The taste is absolutely delicious :)

Ikan Salmon sangat populer di Norwegia. Ikan Salmon ini bisa dimasak dalam berbagai jenis cara. Pada kesempatan ini, ikan salmon dimasak dengan style China yang dikombinasikan dengan saus tiram, kecap asin, jahe, dan tepung jagung. Rasanya benar-benar nikmat :)

-Salmon (2 pcs)
-Paprika (1/2 pc)
-Oyster sauce/saus tiram (4 spoon each)
-Fish sauce/saus ikan (4 spoon each)
-Shallot/bawang merah (2 pcs)
-Garlic/bawang (2 pcs)
-Chili/cabai (2 pcs)
-Ginger/jahe (0,3 cm)
-Tamarind/asam jawa
-Cornstarch/tepung jagung
-Margarine
-Soya sauce/kecap manis
-Water/air putih (1 glass)
-Cucumber/mentimun
-Shaved carrots/wortel parut
-Salt/garam
-Pepper/merica
