Resep Cilok (Cilok Recipe)

Cilok adalah makanan ringan yang banyak dijumpai di daerah Jawa Barat, Indonesia termasuk di kota Bandung. Cilok berasal dari campuran tepung terigu, tapioka, dan daun bawang yang kemudian dibentuk bulatan dan di rebus hingga matang. Cilok kemudian di tusuk seperti sate dan disajikan bersama dengan saus kacang. Rasanya enak sekali :)

Ciloks are snack that could be found easily in East Java area, Indonesia including in Bandung city. Ciloks are made by all purpose flour, tapioca flour, and scallion that shape like balls and further are boiled for sometimes. Ciloks then are skerewed and could be served by peanut sauce. The taste is very delicious :)



 

Silahkan melihat resep di bawah ini/please find the ingredients as below: 

• 200 gram tepung kanji/tapioca flour
• 200 gram tepung terigu/all purpose flour
• 2 siung bawang putih haluskan/smash garlic
• 1 blok meggi/broth; 1/4 tsp merica/pepper
• 2 batang daun bawang iris halus/scallion
• 375 ml air/water; 1 tbsp garam/salt
• air untuk merebus/water for boil cilok

Bahan saus kacang/peanut sauce :
• 4 tbsp saus kacang/peanut sauce; 1/4 jeruk nipis/lemon
• 1 tsp cabai merah halus/smooth red chili
• 1/2 tsp kecap manis/sweet soya sauce
• 30 ml air secukupnya/water
