Resep Roti Sobek (Dinner Rolls Recipe)

Roti Sobek adalah makanan berbahan dasar utama tepung gandum dan air, yang difermentasikan dengan ragi. Namun kemajuan teknologi manusia membuat roti diolah dengan berbagai bahan seperti garam, minyak makan, ataupun telur untuk menambahkan kadar protein di dalamnya sehingga didapat tekstur dan rasa tertentu. Roti Sobek dikenal karena kekhasannya pada waktu di makan, roti terlebih dahulu disobek. Rasanya nikmat sekali  :)

Dinner Rolls is based foods major wheat flour and water, fermented with yeast. But technological advancements humans make bread mixed with various ingredients such as salt, edible oil, or an egg to add levels of protein in it in order to get a certain texture and taste. Dinner rolls is known as peculiar at times in the meal, the bread beforehand torn. This taste is very yummy :)



Silahkan melihat bahan-bahannya di bawah ini / please find the ingredients as below:

500 gram tepung gandum (wheat flour)
50 gram gula (sugar)
65 ml minyak makan (vegetable oil)
250 ml air putih hangat (warm water)
2 tbsp ragi (yeast)
½ tsp garam (salt)
1 buah telur (egg)
Mentega secukupnya (little butter)
