Nasi Goreng merupakan masakan yang banyak dijumpai di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Nasi goreng yang enak sangatlah tergantung dari bahan-bahannya yang digunakan. Rahasia nasi goreng enak terletak pada campuran bahan seperti bawang putih, kemiri, dan minyak makan yang di blender kasar dan setelah itu dimasukan ke dalam toples tertutup dan didiamkan selama 24 jam sebelum digunakan sebagai bahan dasar nasi goreng. Rasanya enak sekali :)

Fried Rice is a dish that is often found in various regions in Indonesia. Delicious fried rice is very dependent on the ingredients used. Tasty fried rice secret lies in the blend of ingredients, such as: garlic, candlenuts, and edible oil by blendering them rough and then inserted into the closed container and allowed to stand for 24 hours before being used as a base for fried rice. It tastes so good :)



Bahan-bahan yang digunakan adalah / the ingredients are shown as below:

Bahan Utama/Main Ingredients:
-Nasi puth/rice (1 plate); tauge/bean sprout (30 gram)
-Telur/egg(1pc)
-Wortel, jagung, kacang polong/carrot, corn, peas (50 gram)
-Baceman Bawang/Baceman Onion (1,5 tbsp); cabe/chili (1 pc)
-Ayam/chicken (75 gram); jamur/mushroom (2 pcs); jeruk nipis/lemon (pinch of)
-Saus tiram/oyster sauce (1,5 tbsp); kecap manis/sweet soya sauce (2 tbsp)
-Garam/salt (1/2 tsp); merica/pepper (1/3 tsp)

Baceman Bawang/Baceman Onion:
-Bawang putih/garlics (30 pcs); kemiri/candlenuts (5 pcs)
-Minyak makan/vegetable oil (250 ml)

Mentimun/cucumber; kerupuk/crackers; bawang goreng/fried onion
