Resep Bolu Jeruk (Orange Cake Recipe)

Bolu Jeruk cukup mudah dibuat selain bahan-bahannya juga cukup mudah ditemukan. Jeruk dipotong menjadi bagian kecil tanpa dibuang kulitnya, kemudian di blender bersama beberapa bahan lainnya sehingga menjadi adonan yang halus dan lembut. Sebelum adonan dipanggang, oven terlebih dahulu dipanaskan di 180 derajat celcius selama 10 menit. Kemudian adonan dimasukan ke dalam loyang kue dan dipanggang di 180 derajat celcius selama 40 menit. Bolu Jeruk ini rasanya enak sekali :)

Telur/eggs (3 pcs)
Minyak sayur/vegetable oil (120 ml)
Gula/sugar (130 gram)
Tepung terigu/all purpose flour (150 gram)
Baking soda (2 tbsp)
Jeruk besar/big orange (1 pc)
Garam secukupnya/pinch of salt

Taburan/icing: Gula halus/granulated sugar
