Sambal Goreng Tempe adalah masakan tradisional Indonesia dimana tempe dimasak dengan beberapa bumbu seperti bawang, cabai, dan tomat. Tempe dibuat dengan melalui proses fermentasi terkontrol yang mengikat kedelai menyerupai bentuk kue. Sambal Goreng Tempe sangat enak dimakan dengan nasi putih hangat :)

Sambal Goreng Tempe is a traditional food originally from Indonesia where the tempe is cooked by some ingredients, such as: onion, chili, and tomato. The tempe is made by using a controlled fermentation method that binding the soy that is similar with a cake shape. The Sambal Goreng Tempe is so delicious especially when it is eaten together with warm rice :)

-Tempe/tempe (1 bar)
-Tomato/tomat (2 pcs)
-Garlic/bawang putih (4 pcs)
-Red onion/bawang merah (1 pc)
-Lime leaves/daun jeruk
-Lemongrass/daun serai
-Soya sauce/kecap manis
-Pepper/merica
-Chili/cabai
-Salt/garam
