Resep Kue Kacang (Peanut Cookies Recipe)

Kue Kering Kacang adalah jenis makanan tradisional yang banyak di temukan di Indonesia. Kue Kering Kacang ini sering disajikan bersama kue lainnya pada saat hari raya keagamaan. Cara membuatnya mudah dengan berbahan dasar kacang yang dihaluskan, tepung terigu, telur, dan bahan-bahan lainnya untuk kemudian di cetak dan diolesi kuning telur di atas permukannya. Cetakan kue ini kemudian dimasak di oven beberapa saat. Rasanya sangat gurih dan enak, terutama bila disajikan dengan teh hangat :)

Peanut Cookies are traditional foods frequently found in Indonesia. These cookies are often served with other cookies during religious holidays. To make these cookies are relatively easy by combining peanut -based paste, flour, eggs, and other ingredients that further print in the mould and basted by yellow egg on the surface of the moulded doughes. The moulded doughes are then cooked in the oven for a while. The peanut cookies taste yummy and delicious, especially when they are served with warm tea :)



 

Bahan-bahannya dapat dilihat di bawah ini ⁄  the ingredients could be found as below:

Bahan utama/main ingredients:
125 gr kacang tanah/peanuts
90 gr gula pasir/granulated sugar
200 gr tepung terigu/all purpose flour
100 ml minyak sayur/vegetable oil
1 pc telur/egg
1 tbsp mentega/margarine
garam secukupnya/pinch of salt

Bahan olesan/basting ingredients:
1 pc kuning telur/yellow egg
Setetes pewarna makanan merah/pinch of red food colour
