Cinnamon rolls adalah roti manis yang disajikan umumnya di negara-negara Eropa Utara dan Amerika Utara. Di Amerika Utara, umumnya cinnamon rolls disajikan pada saat sarapan pagi. Bahan utamanya adalah tepung, kayu manis, gula, dan mentega, yang menambah rasa yang kuat dan manis. Di beberapa tempat, cinnamon rolls juga disajikan sebagai menu sarapan pagi dan sering dihidangkan bersama krim keju atau glasir. Rasanya benar-benar nikmat terutama jika cinnamon rolls disajikan bersama dengan teh hangat :)

A cinnamon rolls is a sweet roll served commonly in Northern Europe and North America. In North America its common use is for breakfast. Its main ingredients are flour, cinnamon, sugar, and butter, which provide a robust and sweet flavor. In some places it is eaten as a breakfast food and is often served with cream cheese or icingas a glaze. The taste is absolutely delicious especially when it is served together with warm tea :)

Bahan utama/Main ingredients:
Ragi kering/dry yeast (1 pack) ; gula halus/granulated sugar (50 gram)
Susu cair/whole milk (180 ml) ; air hangat/warm water (60 ml)
Telur/egg (1 pc) ; garam/salt(1 tsp)

Mentega tanpa garam/melted-unsalted butter (60 gram)
Tepung terigu/all purpose flour (550 gram)
Mentega cair untuk mengolesi adonan/melted butter for basting the dough (60 gram)

Isian/Filling:

Mentega tanpa garam/unsalted butter (80 gram) ; gula cokelat/brown sugar (150 gram)
Gula halus/granulated sugar (50 gram) ; kayu manis halus/cinnamon (1,5 tbsp)

Glasir/Glaze:
Krim keju/cream cheese (60 gram) ; mentega/butter (20 gram)
Gula halus/granulated sugar  (150 gram) ; vanila extract (1/2 tsp)
Susu cair hangat/warm milk (4 tbsp)
