Pad Thai Recipe (Resep Kwetiau Goreng)

Pad Thai  is a stir-fried rice noodle dish commonly served as a street food and at casual local eateries in Thailand. It is made with soaked dried rice noodles, which are stir-fried with eggs and chopped firm tofu, and flavored with tamarind pulp, fish sauce, dried shrimp, garlic or shallots, red chili pepper and palm sugar, and served with lime wedges and often chopped roast peanuts :)

Pad Thai adalah hidangan mie yang digoreng dan biasanya disajikan sebagai makanan jalanan dan di restoran-restoran lokal di Thailand. Pad Thai dibuat dengan cara direndam dengan bihun kering yang tumis dengan telur dan irisan tahu yang dibumbui dengan asam, kecap ikan, udang kering, bawang, cabai dan gula merah, dan disajikan dengan jeruk nipis dan butiran kacang yang telah dipanggang :)

-Rice noodle/mie beras (1/2 pack)
-Cooked prawn/udang rebus (8 pcs)
-Dried shrimp/udang kering
-Tofu/tahu (2 pcs)
-Eggs/telur (2 pcs)
-Pad thai sauce/saus pad thai
-Soya sauce/kecap manis
-Fish sauce/kecap ikan
-Bean sprouts/tauge
-Chives/daung bawang
-Red chile/cabai merah
-Smashed peanut/kacang halus
-Chicken/ayam
-Vegetable oil/minyak sayur
