Lumpia Basah adalah jenis masakan tradisional Indonesia yang banyak dijumpai di kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Pembuatan lumpia basah ini cukup sederhana, yaitu dengan membuat isi lumpia kemudian dimasukan ke dalam kulit lumpia untuk dilipat. Isi kulit lumpia terdiri dari rebung, tauge, gula jawa, bawang, garam, tepung tapioka, dan air secukupnya. Lumpia Basah sangat enak dimakan selagi hangat :)

Wet Spring Rolls are kind of traditional Indonesian cuisine that are often found in the city of Semarang, Central Java. Making the wet spring rolls is quite simple, which is by making the contents of spring rolls and then inserted into the spring roll skin to be folded. The filled spring roll skin consists of bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, sugar, onion, salt, starch, and water.  Wet spring Rolls is very good to eat while it is warm :)



 

Bahan-bahan yang digunakan adalah / the ingredients are shown as below:

-Tepung terigu/all purpose flour (200 gram)
-Air putih/water (450 ml)
-Minyak sayur/vegetable oil (150 ml)
-Putih telur/white egg (2 pcs)
-Garam/salt (1 tsp)
