How to Make Sauteed Kale (Cara Membuat Tumis Kangkung / Cah Kangkung)

Sauteed Kale is commonly found in South East Asia Countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Sauteed Kale is a vegetable with green or purple leaves, in which the central leaves do not form a head. Sauteed Kale could be cooked in several ways including stir-fry method :)

Kangkung banyak ditemui di daerah Asia Tenggara seperti Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, dan Thailand. Kangkung merupakan sayuran dengan daun hijau atau ungu, di mana daun tengahnya tidak berbentuk kepala. Kangkung bisa dimasak dalam beberapa cara termasuk dengan cara menumisnya :)

-Sauteed kale/kangkung (1 bundle)
-Shrimp/udang (7 pcs)
-Chopped meatball/irisan bakso (4 pcs)
-Tomatoes/tomat (2 pcs)
-Shallot/bawang merah 82 pcs)
-Garlic/bawang putih (2 pcs)
-Chili (2 pcs)
-Ginger/jahe (0,5 cm)
-Salt/garam
-Cornstarch flour/tepung maizena
-Soya sauce/kecap manis
-Fish sauce/kecap ikan
-Vegetable oil/minyak sayur
