Resep Bubur Sum-Sum (Sum-Sum Porridge Recipe)

Bubur Sum-Sum identik dengan hidangan yang seringkali dijumpai pada saat buka puasa. Bubur candil sangatlah enak disajikan bersama dengan saus gula dengan aroma daun pandan. Pembuatan bubur sum-sum ini cukuplah sederhana dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan yang mudah didapatkan di pasar. Namun, rasa bubur sum-sum ini sangatlah nikmat :)

Sum-Sum Porridge is identical with the food that frequently found in the market when the Ramadhan fasting break. The Sum-Sum porridge is so delicious served together with the sugar sauce with pandan aroma. To make the sum-sum porridge is simple by using the ingredients that easily found in the market. But, the taste of the sum-sum porridge is absolutely delicious :)



 

 

Bahan-bahannya seperti di bawah ini / the ingredients are shown as below:

BUBUR SUM-SUM/SUM-SUM PORRIDGE:
-Tepung beras/ rice flour(200 gram)
-Garam/salt (2 tsp)
-Santan/Coconut Milk (1,2 L)
-Pandan leaves/daun pandan (3 pcs)

KUAH GULA/SUGAR SAUCE:
-Air/water (250 ml)
-Gula merah/palm sugar (250 gram)
-Garam/salt (1/2 tsp)
-Pandan leaves/daun pandan (2 pcs)
