Tumis Kacang Panjang adalah makanan yang sering dimasak dan disajikan bersama nasi putih hangat dan lauk pauk. Tumis Kacang Panjang yang banyak di jumpai di Indonesia ini berbahan baku Kacang Panjang, bawang, cabai, dan udang. Bahan-bahan tersebut ditumis beberapa saat hingga menjadi lunak dan matang. Rasanya lezat sekali :)

String Bean Stir-Fry is a type of food that is often cooked and served together with warm white rice and side dishes. The String Bean Stir-fry that is easily found in Indonesia is made by the String Bean itself, onions, peppers, and shrimp. The ingredients are sauteed for sometime to become soft and ripe. The taste is delicious :)



 

Bahan-bahannya seperti di bawah ini / the ingredients are shown as below:

-Kacang panjang/string beans (10 pcs)
-Udang/shrimps (5 pcs)
-Bawang bombay/onion (1/3 pc); bawang putih/garlic (3 pcs)
-Cabai rawit dibuang bijinya/un-seed rawit chili (5 pcs)
-Jahe/ginger (3 mm)
-Saus tiram/oyster sauce (2 tbsp); gula/sugar (1/3 tsp)
-Salt/garam (1/3 tsp); merica/pepper (1/3 tsp)
-Sedikit air putih/little bit water
-Minyak sayur/vegetable oil
