Resep Siomay Ayam Udang (Chicken Shrimp Shumai Recipe)

Siomay Ayam Udang adalah makanan tradisional yang berasal dari negara China . Bahan-bahan siomay adalah seperti ayam, udang, tepung kanji, telur, dan lainnya. Bahan-bahan isian siomay dihaluskan dan diaduk hingga rata dan kemudian dimasukan ke dalam kulit siomay. Siomay tersebut kemudian di uapkan sekitar 15 menit dan siap untuk disajikan.  Rasanya enak sekali :)

 

Chicken Shrimp Shumai  is a traditional food originating from China. Shumai is a kind of dumplings. The ingredients dumplings are like chicken, shrimp, starch, eggs, and other more. The filling ingredients of dumplings are mashed and stirred until they are smooth and then they are inserted into skin dumplings. The dumplings then are steamed in about 15 minutes and ready to be served. It tastes so good :)



 

 

 

Bahan Isian Batagor (Batagor Filling)
-Daging ayam/ chicken meat (250 gram); tepung tapioka/tapioca flour (250 gram)
-Telur/egg (1 pc); bawang bombay/onion (½ pc); bawang putih/garlic (3 pcs)
-Wortel/carrot (1 pc); daun bawang/scallion (3 pcs)
-Minyak wijen/sesame oil (1 tbsp); saus tiram/oyster sauce (1 tbsp)
-Air es/ice water (40 ml); garam/salt (1/2 tsp) ; udang/shrimp (150 gram)
-Merica/pepper (1/3 tsp); penyedap rasa/dry broth (1/4 cube)

Bahan lainnya (Other ingredients)
-Kulit siomay/siomay skin
-Wortel/carrot (1/2 pc)); saus cabai/chili sauce
