Resep Serundeng Daging Sapi (Beef Serundeng Recipe)

Serundeng Daging Sapi adalah jenis makanan tradisional yang sering dijumpai diberbagai tempat di daerah di Indonesia. Cara memasak serundeng sangatlah bervariasi. Salah satunya ialah dengan memadukan serundeng dengan daging sapi dimana kelapa digongseng hingga kecokelatan dan dimasak bersama dengan bumbu halus.  Rasanya sangatlah mantap terutama bila disajikan dengan nasi putih hangat :)

Beef Serundeng is one of traditional food that is commonly found in various places in Indonesia. The way to cook serundeng is varied. One of the way is to cook serundeng with beef where the coconut is cook till it is turning into brown color and cook together with smooth ingredients. The tates is delicious especially if it is served by warm rice :)



Bahan utama/main ingredients:
1 pak kelapa kering/ dry coconut; 150 gram daging sapi/beef meat
2 tbsp gula cokelat atau gula jawa/brown sugar; 2 tbsp asam kandis/tamarind
4 buah daun jeruk/lemon leaves

Bahan halus/smooth ingredients:
2 butir kemiri/candlenuts; 4 siung bawang putih/garlic
6 butir bawang merah/shallots; 2 buah cabai merah besar/red big chili
2 cm jahe/ginger; 1/2 papan penyedap rasa/dry broth
2 cm lengkuas/galangal; 1/2 tbsp ketumbar/coriander; 1 buah serai/lemongrass
3/4 tsp garam/salt; 1 tbsp jintan/caraway

Minyak goreng/all purpose flour
Nasi putih/white rice
