Sup asam pedas adalah masakan tradisional dari negeri China dapat dibuat dengan mudah dan cepat, adapun rasanya sangatlah lezat. Sup ini terbuat dari bahan seperti tahu, jamur, dan telur yang dipadukan dengan bumbu seperti: garam, merica, minyak wijen, tepung maizena, air jeruk nipis, dan saus cabai. Rasanya sangatlah dibuat terutama jika disajikan bersama dengan nasi putih hangat :)

The hot and sour soup is a traditional food originally coming from China. It is easy to make and full of delicious flavor. The soup is made from tofu, mushroom and egg that is combined by salt, pepper, sesame oil, cornstarch, vinegar, and chili sauce. The taste is so delicious especially if it is served together with warm rice :)


Bahan-bahan/ ingredients:

Tahu/tofu (200 gram)
Kaldu ayam/chicken stock (8 cup)
Jamur kuping (jamur shiitake)/ear mushroom (shiitake mushroom) (200 gram)
Air jeruk nipis (vinegar)/lemon water (1/4 cup)
Kecap/soy sauce (1/4 cup); jahe/ginger (0,5 cm)
Cabai bawang putih/chili garlic sauce (1 tsp)
Tepung maizena/cornstarch (1/4 cup)
Telur ayam/eggs (2 pcs); daun bawang/scallion (4 pcs)
Garam/salt (1/2 tsp); lada hitam/black pepper (1/2 tsp)
Minyak wijen/sesame oil (1 tsp)
