Resep Tumis Udang Bawang Putih (Garlic Shrimps Recipe)

Udang banyak dijumpai di berbagai belahan dunia karena konsumsi udang sangat diminati banyak orang termasuk di Hawaii, Amerika Serikat. Sajian tumis udang bawang putih ini sangatlah mudah yaitu dengan menumis udang terlebih dahulu dengan minyak sayur. Kemudian ditambahkan campuran mentega, bawang putih halus, dan daun ketumbar. Penambahan garam dan merica membuat rasa tumis udang bawang putih ini semakin lezat. Tumis udang bawang putih ini sangatlah lezat bila disajikan dengan nasi putih hangat :)

Shrimps are commonly found in many places around the world including Hawaii, USA. The garlic shrimp is easy to make by stir-fry them with vegetable oil. Then the shrimsps are cooked together with mixed ingredients, such as: butter, smooth garlic, and coriander leaves. Adding salt and pepper is made the garlic shrimps much delicious. The garlic shrimps is very delicious to be served together with warm rice :)

 

Bahan-bahan/ ingredients:

– Udang/shrimps (10 pcs)
– Mentega/butter (3 tbsp)
– Bawang putih/garlic (2 tbsp)
– Daun ketumbar/coriander leaves (20 mg)
– Garam/salt (1/4 tsp)
– Merica/pepper (1/4 tsp)
– Minyak sayur/vegetable oil
