Resep Udang Goreng Mayones (Fried Shrimp with Mayonnaise Sauce Recipe)

Udang Goreng Mayones adalah salah satu masakan yang banyak dijumpai di berbagai restauran yang ada di Indonesia. Cara membuat udang goreng mayones ini cukup mudah yaitu dengan membalur udang terlebih dahulu dengan putih telur dan tepung kanji dan kemudian menggoreng udang tersebut. Setelah itu udang goreng dibalur dengan saus mayones. Saus mayones ini terdiri dari mayones itu sendiri, susu kental manis, susu cair, garam, merica, dan air jeruk nipis. Rasanya sangat enak terutama saat disajikan bersama dengan nasi putih hangat :)

Fried Shrimp with Mayonnaise Sauce is one of the menu that are found in many restaurant in Indonesia. To make the this recipe is quite simple by smearing the shrimp first with white and tapioca flour and then by frying the shrimps. After that, the fried shrimps are smeared with mayonnaise sauce. The mayonnaise sauce is made with combination of the mayonnaise, sweet condensed milk, liquid milk, salt, pepper, and lemon water. The taste of the fried shrimp with mayonnaise sauce is very delicious especially when it is served with warm rice :)

Bahan udang goreng/fried shrimps ingredients:
– Udang/shrimps (250 gram)
– Salt/garam (1/3 tsp); merica/pepper (1/4 tsp)
– Putih telur/white egg (1 pc); tepung kanji/tapioca flour (6 tbsp)
– Minyak goreng/vegetable oil

Bahan saus mayones/mayonnaise sauce ingredients:
– Mayones/mayonnaise (80 gram)
– Susu kental manis/sweet condensed milk (2 tbsp)
– Susu cair/liquid milk (2 tbsp); air jeruk nipis/lemon water (1 tbsp)
– Gula/sugar (1/2 tsp); salt/garam (1/3 tsp)
– Merica/pepper (1/4 tsp); biji wijen/sesame seed
