Puding Jagung adalah produk makanan agar-agar dibuat dari jagung direbus, air, salah satu dari berbagai bahan pengental, dan tambahan bahan lainnya, biasanya sering dijumpai sebagai masakan khas di Amerika Serikat bagian Selatan.

-Corn/jagung manis (1 pc)
-Cornstarch/tepung maizena (2 tbsp)
-Coconut milk/santan cair (400 mll)
-Sugar/gula (3 tbsp)
-Salt/garam (1/2 tbsp)
-Gelatin/agar-agar (1 pack)
