How to Make Pancake (Cara Membuat Pancake / Penekuk / Kue Dadar)

A pancake is a flat cake, often thin, and round, prepared from a starch-based batter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan. In Britain, pancakes are often unleavened, and resemble a crêpe. They may be served at any time with a variety of toppings or fillings including jam, fruit, syrup, or chocolate chips. In America, they are typically considered to be a breakfast food :)

Penekuk adalah kue datar dan bulat yang dibuat dari adonan berbasis pati dan dimasak di permukaan yang panas seperti wajan. Di Inggris , penekuk kebanyakan tidak beragi, dan menyerupai krepes. Penekuk dapat disajikan setiap saat dengan berbagai topping seperti selai, buah, sirup, atau chocolate chips. Di Amerika, penekuk biasanya dijadikan menu sarapan pagi :)

-Wheat flour/tepung terigu (500 gram)
-Water/air (500 ml)
-Milk/susu (100 ml)
-Eggs/telur (2 pcs)
-Sugar/gula (125 gram)
-Margarine liquid/mentega cair (1 spoon)
-Yeast/ragi (1/2 spoon)
-Salt/garam (1/2 spoon)
-Grated cheese
-Granulated chocolate
-Condensed milk
