Puding Alpukat Cokelat adalah produk makanan agar-agar dibuat dari alpukat, bubuk cokelat, air, salah satu dari berbagai bahan pengental, dan tambahan bahan lainnya, biasanya sering dijumpai sebagai masakan khas di Amerika Serikat.

AVOCADO PUDDING/PUDING ALPUKAT:
-Avocado/alpukat (1 pc)
-Cornstarch/tepung maizena (1 tbsp)
-Water/air (200 ml)
-Sugar/gula (2 tbsp)
-Salt/garam (1/4 tbsp)
-Gelatin/agar-agar (1/2 pack)
-Condensed milk/susu kental manis (1 tbsp)

CHOCOLATE PUDDING/PUDING COKELAT
-Chocolate powder/bubuk cokelat (1 sdm)
-Water/air (50 ml)
-Sugar/gula (1 tbsp)
-Pinch of salt/secuil garam
-Gelatin/agar-agar (1/2 pack)
-Condensed milk/susu kental manis (1 tbsp)
