Kabsa / الكبسة (Machbūs) Recipe

Kabsa (Machbūs) is a family of mixed rice dishes that are served mostly in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. These dishes are mainly made from a mixture of spices, rice (usually long-grain, mostly basmati), meat and vegetables. Please find the recipe in below video :)

The recipe is shown as below:

-Basmati rice (200 gram)
-Chicken meat (5 pcs)
-Egg (2 pcs)
-Onion (1 pc)
-Garlic (4 pcs)
-Ginger (2 cm)
-Chili powder (3 tsp)
-Black pepper (1 tsp)
-Coriander (1 tsp)
-Cinamon (1/2 tsp)
-Cardamoms (1/2 tsp)
-Salt (1 tbsp)
-Fresh vegetables
-Chicken broth (1/2 bar)
-Tomato sauce (50 ml)
-Water (100 ml)
-Dried lemon
-Vegetable oil
