Chicken Noodle is an Indonesian dish of yellow wheat noodle (bakmi in Indonesian) topped with diced chicken meat (ayam), seasoned with soy sauce, and usually served with a chicken broth soup.  Mie Ayam is a popular Chinese Indonesian dish and common in Indonesian cities. It can be served in a restaurant or from a hawker’s trolley.

Mie Ayam adalah masakan Indonesia yang terbuat dari mei kuning direbus mendidih kemudian ditaburi saos kecap khusus beserta daging ayam dan sayuran. Mi Ayam terkadang ditambahi dengan bakso, pangsit dan jamur. Mie ayam banyak dipopulerkan oleh orang China Indonesia dan disajikan di restaurant di berbagai kota di Indonesia.

-Meat ball (3 pcs)
-Mushroom (50 gram)
-Shallot (3 pcs)
-Garlic (3 pcs)
-Chili (1 pc)
-Bean sprout
-Salt (1 tea spoon)
-Pepper (1 tea spoon)
-Sesame oil(1 tea spoon)
-Oyster sauce (1 tea spoon)
-Soya sauce (1 tea spoon)
-Vegetable oil
