Prawn Chili is popular dish in Asia including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. Prawn are stir-fried together with chili sauce and other ingredients. The taste is very delicious and yummy especially if they are served together with warm rice :)

Sambal Udang adalah menu populer di Asia termasuk Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand, dan Indonesia. Udang di tumis bersama dengan saus cabai dan bahan-bahan lainnya. Rasanya sangat lezat dan gurih terutama jika disajikan bersama dengan nasi putih hangat :)

-Prawn/udang (1/2 kg)
-Tomatoes/tomat (2 pcs)
-Shallot/bawang merah (2 pcs)
-Garlic/bawang putih (2 pcs)
-Chili/cabai (2 pcs)
-Ginger/jahe (0,32 cm)
-Lemongrass/serai (3 pcs)
-Salt/garam
-Soya sauce/kecap manis
-Fish sauce/kecap ikan
-Vegetable oil/minyak sayur
