In Norway, Pinnekjøtt is a main course dinner dish of lamb. Pinnekjøtt is a festive dish typical to Western and Northern Norway, and is rapidly gaining popularity in other regions as well. This dish is largely associated with the celebration of Christmas, served with vegetables and potatoes. The taste is very delicious :)

-Pinnekjøtt lamb/daging domba (1/2 kg)
-Boiled potatoes/kentang rebus (3-5 pcs)
-Garlic/bawang putih (3 pcs)
-Chili/cabai (3 pcs)
-Lamb sauce/saus untuk daging domba
-Rødkal (red cabbage)/kol merah
-Salt/garam
-Pepper/merica
-Persille/peterseli
-Milk/susu
-Vegetabl oil/minyak sayur
