Bakmi Jawa adalah bakmi rebus (bahasa Jawa: bakmi godhog) asal Indonesia yang dimasak dengan bumbu khas masakan Jawa. Kebanyakan bakmi Jawa adalah bakmi rebus, sehingga di luar negeri (Malaysia dan Singapura) bakmi Jawa ini dikenal dengan sebutan mie rebus, akan tetapi sebenarnya terdapat variasi mie goreng dari bakmi Jawa.

Javanese Noodles is traditional food from Indonesia. The noodles cooked with special ingredients. Javanese Noodles also known outside Indonesia (e.g. Malaysia and Singapore) as boiled noodles, but actually only the variants of Javanese Noodles.

-Bakmi/noodle (2 bar)
-Bawang merah/onion (2 pcs)
-Bawang putih/garlic (2 pcs)
-Cabe/chili (2 pcs)
-Jahe/ginger (1 cm)
-Serai/lemongrass (1 cm)
-Ayam/chicken (100 gram)
-Udang/shrimp (50 gram)
-Tahu/tofu (1/2 pc)
-Bakso/meatball (2 pcs)
-Telur ayam/egg (1 pc)
-Garam/salt (1 tbsp)
-Merica/pepper (1/2 tsp)
-Tomat/tomato (1 pc)
-Saus tomat/tomato sauce (2 tsp)
-Kecap manis/sweet soya sauce
-Seledri/celery
-Daun bawang/chieve
-Mentimun/cucumber
-Minyak sayur/vegetable oil
-Air putih/water
