Resep Lontong Goreng (Fried Lontong Recipe)

Lontong adalah makanan asli Indonesia. Kebanyakan orang tahu bahwa Lontong adalah sebagai pelengkap utama menu lontong sayur dan sate. Namun, lontong juga bisa digoreng bersama dengan bahan-bahan seperti ikan teri/daging, sayur-sayuran, beberapa bumbu halus, dan kecap manis. Rasanya nikmat sekali :)

Lontong is originally from Indonesia. Most people know that Lontong is a main ingredients for some menus like vegetables lontong and sate. But, lontong also could be fried together with other ingredients such as sardines/meat, vegetables, some smooth ingredients, and soy sauce. The taste is very delicious :)



Resep dapat dilihat di bawah ini/recipe could be found as below:

-Ikan teri goren/fried anchovies (50 gram) or daging sapi/beef
-Lontong (1 pc)
-Buncis/beans (100 gram)
-Bawang merah/shallot (2 pcs)
-BAwang putih/garlic (2 pcs)
-Jahe/ginger (3 mm)
-Garam/salt (1/2 tbsp)
-Tomat/tomatoes (2 pcs)
-Merica/pepper (1/3 tbsp)
-Ketumbar/coriander (1/3 tbsp)
-Cabe merah/chili (2 pcs)
-Terlu/egg (1 pc)
-Daun jeruk/lime leaves (3 pcs)
-Air/water (100 ml)
-Minyak sayur/vegetable oil
