How to Make Bread (Cara Membuat Roti)

In Norway and other western countries has bread as their daily food. To make the bread is not difficult, but just more experiences on how to mix and bake it. With simply kind of ingredients like flour, butter, yeast, and other ingredients can produce a nice taste of bread :)

Di Norwegia dan negara-negara barat lainnya, roti merupakan makanan sehari-hari. Untuk membuat roti tidaklah sulit, lebih membutuhkan pengalaman dalam meramu dan memasaknya. Dengan bahan-bahan yang sederhana seperti tepung, mentega, ragi, dan bahan-bahan lainnya dapat menghasilkan rasa enak dari roti yang dibuat :)

-Wheat flour (500 ml)
-Yeast (1 sac)
-Salt (0,5-1 tea spoon)
-Vegetable oil (1 spoon)
-Water (300 ml)

    May I know, which type of yeast is the best for making the bread? The dry yeast or fresh one? Thanks.

      Hello, in principal, they are the same. The difference is mainly on water temperature that we will use on making the bread. In this video, I used dry yeast, therefore, it was needed only normal temperature water. But, if I would like to use fresh yeast for instance, therefore, I need to have warm water and put the yeast into it in order to activate the yeast itself. The water temperature is about 32-38 degree Celsius and keep it for about 5-10 minutes before it mixes with the other ingredients. Good luck :)
